There's no list of characters, and no redirects too edit

- People are allowed to WP:BOLDLY redirect articles, and as far as I can tell, the move was done in 2016 and hasn’t been contested until now? As for the article itself, maybe a viable article could potentially exist, but the version of the article at the time of it being redirected was very poorly done.
