Glottalic symbols have been reversed here

edit

Somebody here is using the glottalic symbol (i.e. the apostrophe) in reverse! In the standard transcription of Georgian, the apostrophe after the letter (e.g.: p', t', k') indicates the glottalized series of consonants, while the aspirated series is indicated by the plain letter (e.g.: p, t, k). The native name of the country of Georgia is correctly transcribed Sakartvelo, not Sak'art'velo, because the k and t are both the aspirated kind, not the glottalized kind. The reverse usage adopted here goes against a firmly established standard transliteration practice. Please correct it. Pasquale 15:52, 3 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I get the impression from [1] that the KKOSM also uses light blue - white for their neckers. --Egel Reaction? 18:01, 10 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Tbilisi Organisation of Georgian Scout Movement should be parked here. While we do have subnational articles, most notably for US, UK, Australia and Canada, they have more than 1000 members. This is essentially a district.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 05:09, 9 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
