Title

edit

The only official mixed-case source I've found for the title is the youtube trailer title: "Gat Out of Hell". What is the source for the lowercase "out" used here? -User452 (talk) 06:32, 15 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

BTW, The announcement on the Saints Row website, the Deep Silver website and the Koch Media website also says "Gat Out of Hell". -User452 (talk) 06:39, 15 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Also, every single reference currently in the article also says "Gat Out of Hell". If you got the name from a gaming website who got the name wrong, I could understand that, but the current capitalisation of the name "Gat out of Hell" doesn't appear to be based upon anything. -User452 (talk) 15:09, 15 September 2014 (UTC) (Edit: Update tensed. 16:24, 26 September 2014 (UTC))Reply

Okay, the title has been reverted back and forth a few times so it's time for discussion. Bat Out of Hell, the source of this article's parodied title, uses the capital "o" (see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Music/MUSTARD/Capitalization and Talk:Bat Out of Hell). I only pinged you because you moved it once czar  22:23, 8 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

As it turns out, although the official youtube videos use a variety of capitalisations, and Volition representatives refused to clarify it when asked, the main menu screen says "Welcome to Saints Row: Gat out of Hell" (verbatim). -User452 (talk) 05:53, 23 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Expansion or Full Game

edit

Why is Gat Out of Hell considered an expansion, standalone or otherwise? A large portion of its art, writing, dialog, audio/music, mocap/animation, effects, and no shortage of programming was unique to it. And it doesn't reuse any more of the Saints Row 3 engine/assets than Saints Row 4 did, though SR4 did start off as the Enter the Dominatrix expansion pack idea.
