Eva Sorensen

edit

@Davidstewartharvey, I noticed your revert. Pls let me know which reliable independent sources there are to indicate her being Ramsay Memorial Professor of Chemical Engineering for the timeframe indicated. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 19:50, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

It is declared from UCL website. Davidstewartharvey (talk) 19:51, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Davidstewartharvey Link? Source? pseudonym Jake Brockman talk
Added to the article. Also added from The Chemical Engineer journal as she was awarded an MBE last year.Davidstewartharvey (talk) 19:59, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Davidstewartharvey sorry mate, none of the sources state that she is/was Ramsay Memorial Prof. The support the MBE (that's a useful source), other than that they support her post as Chemical Engineering prof. That's it. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 20:04, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

The Head of Chemical Engineer is the Ramsay Memorial Professor Davidstewartharvey (talk) 20:06, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Davidstewartharvey Maybe a technical fault, but that link does not mention the correlation you brought into play, nor does it mention Sorensen. I'll reinstate my edit prior the reversion. To avoid WP:EW, we might want to take to WP:DRN pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 20:15, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
The memories of John Yates mentions Sorensen on that page. However, on further investigation UCL seem to have disconnected the Head of Chemical Engineering from the named seat, which it has been since it's creation (I created the pages for the first five Ramsay professors). Marc Coppen has been made Vice Principal but has retained the title. Davidstewartharvey (talk) 06:30, 9 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
