editI've removed the proposed deletion because Rafaelle Cecco passes WP:BIO on the following:
The person has created a significant or well-known work, or collective body of work, which has been the subject of multiple independent works, reviews, or documentaries.
Both Exolon and Cybernoid were critically acclaimed games of the 8-bit era.

edit- The article is still missing a part to pass WP:BIO which has been the subject of multiple independent works, reviews, or documentaries.
