The use/mention error
Personal finance does not "refer" to anything, unless we are talking about the words themselves. And this is not Wiktionary. The first sentence in this article (and in countless other Wikipedia articles, for that matter) should be changed. --95.34.142.247 (talk) 22:11, 26 January 2014 (UTC)
