Copy/paste from Pittsburgh Bulletin removed edit

I've removed a large block of text that is a copy/paste of a Pittsburgh Bulletin article. The copyright may have expired, but nonetheless it's inappropriate in most cases to copy large blocks of text from other articles; rather, relevant text should be paraphrased and incorporated into existing structure of article.
