Just thought the page could use a little... well a little anything. I basically took the format from the nfl 2k series page, sometimes lifting sentences, but most is original. AMac2002 23:10, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

The page NHL 2K6 isn't as comprehensive as the Nhl 2k page, so it might as well be merged, or better yet deleted. AMac2002 16:46, 10 July 2006 (UTC) Page needsmore infomationand ratings!Reply

NHL 2K2: THE LAST DREAMCAST GAME! edit

There should be a paragraph about how this was the last game ever released for the Sega Dreamcast.

NHL 2k8 on Wii edit

NHL 2k8 was NOT released for the Wii, and as far as I know, there are no plans to do so. So I am taking it out of the info box. I will leave the Wii under the NHL 2k9 section, because I haven't heard about that one way or the other. Although I certainly hope that it will be on the Wii.140.251.125.50 15:28, 21 October 2007 (UTC)MattReply

Fair use rationale for Image:Nhl 2k8 360.jpg edit

Image:Nhl 2k8 360.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Does anyone mind if... edit

I create an article for NHL 2K7? I've created a couple articles before, and I have the game, so I could take and upload a picture of the cover and write about it. MTG1989 (talk) 18:42, 14 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

NHL 2k series - arcade or sim ? edit

I removed a part of the article that mention that the series found an identity as an arcade game compared to EA, which from experience (having played extensively both series at the time) isn't true at all. In fact EA NHL 2003 new "features" were clearly "arcade style" features, like a meter that triggered slow motions while in game, big hits and stuff clearly not sim-like. But anyway, in general both game series were mostly "sims".
