Untitled edit

I deleted the "Trivia" section, as it read more like a game review. That, and it contained some flat out useless facts.

Jersey numbers edit

I added the fact that jersey numbers cannot be changed.

Comedy? edit

I deleted the part about the game being more comedic than most EA Sports games. I don't see where you are going with that. If anything, the game is much more serious than Madden and everything else in the EA Sports series. Only the hardcore football fan can enjoy this game. User:Davidscharoun 16:09 10 December 2006

Wii? edit

Where has a Wii version been announced? I will put the citation tag up for now, and will remove it in a couple of days if no one provides proof. TJ Spyke 06:06, 9 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

EA wouldn't release it for Wii because it would stick out like a sore thumb24.0.138.63 (talk) 23:16, 17 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

red N edit

In the Trivia section, it says "On the cases of NFL Head Coach, the NFL logo on the spine of the case is seen having a blue "N", rather than a red "N," which is the correct color." Blue is the correct color for the NFC logo (Please see National Football Conference. I have deleted this item from the list. Berserkr731 04:28, 14 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes it's correct for the NFC logo, but the NFL logo is supposed to have all 3 letters, the N F and L, all red. I know on at least some cases it was printed with a blue N and a red FL. I have one of these cases Rouse52794 (talk) 23:30, 25 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:NFL HeadCoach cover.jpg edit

Image:NFL HeadCoach cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:57, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

POV check. edit

I do not see any hint of the good qualities of this game...all I see is criticism! --Ks0stm 18:32, 28 October 2007 (UTC) Eh, what good qualities? It's a lousy game! Smartyllama 18:59, 28 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I enjoy the game myself, but I'm not sure how to list the "good" qualities. It's like with software--you see a list of known bugs but not a list of positive qualities. If you like the overall theme (simulating being a head coach in the NFL) you'll like the game. If that doesn't appeal to you, you won't.

Maybe we can put in a list of exploits? Like signing free agents to a one-year contract and trading them for draft picks, or cancelling out of a conversation with another GM in order to get around the limit of 3 phone calls per "task". —Preceding unsigned comment added by Godfather1975 (talkcontribs) 02:59, 16 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

NFL Head Coach in the house! edit

Anyone have NFL Head Coach? (just asking) --71.235.92.16 (talk) 20:36, 24 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

I do. I'm pretty bad at offensive play-calling though. My team just wins thanks to defense. ZappaOMati 20:38, 24 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
