Initial thoughts
edit- Why is "The two men got along very well, dining at Trader Vic's in Oakland" releveant? Was it a regular or frequent occurence? Please clarify.

- " Lady Elizabeth Cockcroft who had died the year before" - the way this is written, it implies that they may have been more children, which there were not.
