Assessment

edit

I think this should be Start, not C. I am not too experienced, but this doesn't seem to be on the level of other C-articles, despite Thomas' tireless work (though I have no doubt it will be in the future). Please discuss, at least help me understand the assessment. :) Salvidrim (talk) 14:00, 4 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Assessment#Quality scale is the bar I used in assessing the article. The definition of a C-class article is quite a low standard, with the expectation that there are still noticeable problems to fix. To me, the main problem is simply a lack of information available, which isn't a reflection on the quality of what is actually in the article. Prose style, formatting and MOS-compliance are all of a higher-than-C standard, but brevity and a lack of broad coverage keep it below that. Given that the next step up from C-class, B-class, has a well-defined checklist of criteria as opposed to the "go with your gut" Stub/Start/C ratings, the quality of C-class article can vary dramatically, from those which just clear the bar, to those which are essentially B-class but miss one criterion, or anywhere in between. Thanks for the explanation! So C-class needs to be considered 'in relation' to the amount of information reasonably available. I see! :) Salvidrim (talk) 14:41, 4 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

The Sprites here would be used for the Russian Mario bootlegs (For the description, go to “list of unofficial Mario media” and then go to talk) 2601:646:C980:4C20:7935:DA49:6FDE:DBC3 (talk) 08:30, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
