Rin edit

I dont think we should assume rin is dead. Kakashi says that everyone close to him has died, but he didn't return Rin's feelings so she may still be alive.--Taylert123 (talk) 00:36, 2 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

The hidden message for Obito seems a little too harsh edit

I agree with the reversion, but shouldn't the message be more like: Any edit suggesting Obito is alive or that he is Tobi will be considered original research and reverted. It does violate the original research policy more than it violates the policy against vandalism, and calling it vandalism immediately is more than a bit uncivil. Sasuke9031 (talk) 00:35, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

It is vandalism in the sense that there is a message that specifically tells them not to add something, and they add it anyway. Of course, they ignore it anyway, so it makes no difference if it's rude or polite. ~SnapperTo 03:10, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yahiko's status. edit

The vandalism of the Yahiko section needs to stop. I have left a reference supporting my information.

It is currently unknown whether Pain is Yahiko, or Nagato. This needs to be left in, stop changing it, because you are misleading the viewers of the page.

Indeed Pain says that "Yahiko is dead". But it is widely accepted that he is just reiterating the fact that he has evolved into the entity: Pain.

Naruto manga chapter 380; page 04: Well after Pain tells Jiraya that Yahiko is dead, Jiraya asks him: Are you Nagato, or Yahiko? Who are you? Tell me!

If this evidence is not enough alone to prove that Yahiko is in fact Pain, then it should definitely make it a question mark.

We know that Dojutsu's in Naruto can be passed to individuals without the Bloodline limit. We also know that the Pain as we know him not only follows and believes in the same morals that Yahiko believed in, but Nagato's present day body is not part of Pain.

With all this stifling evidence, I sincerely hope that I will not see any more vandalism of the Yahiko page, because I will be watching it daily, and I will revert it if key parts are deleted or changed. Socalsharkzfan (talk) 15:44, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Entry on Homura and Koharu & Deletion of Nawaki and Dan entries edit

I had previously suggested that they should be listed in this article (archived), but it was said that they are too minor to make it in. The elders have reappeared yet again in connection to Madara's revelation of Itachi's past, being two of the four people who knew this secret truth (others being Sandaime and Danzou). Homura and Koharu seem to be more relevant to the story than at least Nawaki and Dan, who were only mentioned in flashbacks when Tsunade was introduced.

I propose that the elders get an entry and the entries on Nawaki and Dan be deleted. Any information about the latter pair (if it is really that necessary) can be found in Tsunade's article. Lore aura (talk) 21:49, 26 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I would agree with you on Nawaki and Dan, since they are already mentioned in Tsunade's page. However I am kinda on the fence with Homura and Koharu, as the business with Itachi still needs to be explained in greater detail and we do not want to include them just yet because we do not yet know their full involvement. I removed Dan and Nawaki. Homura and Koharu are adequately summarized as "Konoha's elders" at the moment. If they end of having a bigger role in the Uchiha conspiracy (unlikely), we'll add them then. ~SnapperTo 22:37, 26 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
Sweet, that solves the problem for now then. Thanks Snap. Sasuke9031 (talk) 22:39, 26 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I'm not really happy with all the character entries that have been deleted from Wikipedia. Are people trying to save electrons? I tried to look up Gekko Hayate to double-check on his rank, and the only Wikipedia mention was the List of Konoha Jonin's page that has been deleted and redirects to a page of minor characters that doesn't even include him. I used to tell recommend the Wikipedia articles for people who needed an introduction to Naruto, but it's becoming increasingly frustrating when I find nonsensical deletions. Looking up Gekko Hayate should and does take you to his entry on the Naruto wikia. Please use that whenever Wikipedia inevitably fails you. ~SnapperTo 18:35, 5 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why not Anko? edit

Why is Yugito here but not anko? Anko is more important than her. Anko is mentioned in snakes but she isn't here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.71.215.212 (talk) 00:13, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Because Yugito has (had) a tailed beast sealed into her. If it weren't for that she'd have been removed a long time ago. ~SnapperTo 00:25, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
