Article has enough references edit

This article has official references of municipalities.Article does not duplicate information because the article is about information of metropolitan areas population.--Sorpkent (talk) 23:47, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

The information in this article are false, you can see the talk about this in spanish wikipedia, es:Áreas metropolitanas más pobladas de PerúRafaelkelvin (talk) 15:40, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Metropolitan areas edit

Hi Mastpolo salute your initiative to create a discucion and stop editing the article (falling into the ridiculous) apparently you do not understand the table specifying the INEI, the table shows the population of the province of Arequipa is 947,384 and the population of the department of Arequipa is 1,259,162, I invite you to read page 33 of TO ARTICLE: http://www.inei.gob.pe/media/MenuRecursivo/publicaciones_digitales/Est/Lib1095/libro.pdf Moreover I would accept his edition, if you put reference data sets (as well as I do) because without that for me the data are fake Johan92 (talk) 00:47, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

I agree not edit the article will understand but as I will not wait forever, so if at the end of the day I find your replies to my claim for the umpteenth procedere editing see the article, towards the legitimacy of Wikipedia Johan92 (talk) 00:55, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

What I would like you understand is only one thing: That the population of Arequipa province is not the same of Arequipa metropolitan area, I can help you to understand that. I already read the page 33 of your link and that population of 947,384 that you added to the article corresponds to the estimated population of Arequipa province for year 2014 but not to Arequipa metropolitan area the population for this is set in its article as you can see the data in the article is correct. tell me exactly what data is fake for you?--Mastpolo (talk) 00:57, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Could you tell me where did you get the population data that you put in the article? Johan92 (talk) 01:21, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
In the same article List of metropolitan areas of Peru there is a section called Conformation where it is explained with references all the population of the metropolitan areas. The population 947,384 tha you were trying to add to the article I already added with its reference to its right article Arequipa Province you can see it there because that data belongs that article and don't belongs neither to List of metropolitan areas of Peru nor Arequipa metropolitan area. Can you understand that? or what is what you don't understand exactly to explain you with details.--Mastpolo (talk) 01:26, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
still no answer yet where I get these population data, but hey I agree that confused the population of the province if the population of the city, but reviewing the article of INEI, specifically page 36 indicates that the population of the city of Arequipa is 852 807 and the city of Trujillo is 776,873. Please verify Johan92 (talk) 02:08, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
I already answered your question up but if you have problems of understanding is not my problem is only yours. Again you are confusing the population of cities 852.807 for arequipa and 776.873 for Trujillo, that data corresponds to articles of that cities not for article List of metropolitan areas of Peru. See the article metropolitan area this way you can understand and you don't be confused.--Mastpolo (talk) 02:19, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
No apparently you have problems comprencion, I have asked him to show me where you get those data (meaning reference), and you answer me that are in the article, does not think and review the entire article and found nothing asked directly to you?, quisas need to be more specific so you can understand. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johan92 (talkcontribs) 03:16, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

So, It has been demonstrated that who were trying to add false information to the article was the user Johan92 and he recognized by himself that the population 947,384 that he was trying to add was a wrong and so false for the article List of metropolitan areas of Peru and that 947,384 belongs to the article Arequipa Province. As I could make him see that is not the same a metropolitan area and a province. So Johan92 I hope you don't be making bad editions again in the article since it is shown the information in the article is correct with its right references. have a good day --Mastpolo (talk) 03:24, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

None proved anything, oh in that case has been shown to oiwf can not support their data as apparently not a reliable source sack or were invented. Telling that I will modify the article, not just data 2013 if not also the 2007, which can fit page UN were highly altered Here is the link to the page so that they can confirm that the population data of cities of Arequipa and Trujillo were altered in favor of Trujillo http://data.un.org/Data.aspx?d=POP&f=tableCode% 3A240 I also leave the link INEI on page 36 where you can see the population of all cities in Peru in 2012, 2013 and 2015 projection http://www.inei.gob.pe/media/MenuRecursivo/publicaciones_digitales/Est/Lib1095/libro.pdf Johan92 (talk) 03:35, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
