Hi Johan92 it seems you are confused the population of 947.384 is of the Arequipa province and the source you indicate says Provinces with major and minor population in year 2013 see. The article is about metropolitan areas and have references for year 2014. Please don't confuse the article and don't turn correct information to incorrect because your editions could be taken as vandalism. You can add that information with the reference in the article of Arequipa province. Thanks for your collaboration.Mastpolo (talk) 20:19, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:29, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring at List of metropolitan areas of Peru edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as you did at List of metropolitan areas of Peru. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

Per a complaint at the edit warring noticeboard. See permanent link. While you were not the only one reverting, you were also using an IP in the edit war which violates WP:SOCK. When your block expires please follow the steps of WP:Dispute resolution. EdJohnston (talk) 18:34, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

You seem to be evading the block of your Johan92 account by socking with an IP at List of metropolitan areas of Peru. The new report was just added at WP:AN3#User:Johan92 reported by User:Mastpolo (Result: 24 hours). I'm increasing your original block by one week. EdJohnston (talk) 00:44, 28 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
