Miracle Day production codes

edit

We currently have 4.1, 4.2, etc. for the production codes of Miracle Day in line with the previous series. However, the Starz pages referenced for the Starz airdates use 101, 102, etc. Shouldn't we be using those as that's what the source indicates? Would the BBC have their own, different code than Starz? Wikipedia is meant to be accurate. So shouldn't we be using the correct codes, which logic dictates would be the BBC codes. As it is not only an original BBC show but also the fourth series. Torchwood has been running for three series before this co-production with Starz. Clearly Starz are calling it 101 because its the first series they've worked on, but its not the first series that the BBC has. Dylanmc93 (talk) 18:04, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
If you can provide a source for the "BBC codes" then that'll be great, otherwise you're just extrapolating from previous series. DonQuixote (talk) 21:09, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I will gladly find evidence of this, however answer me this question. What gives you the right to do this? This is a BBC Program. Dylanmc93 (talk) 21:55, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1819349/ as requested, codes are next to episode title. Dylanmc93 (talk) 22:00, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I don't have the right...but I do have a source, Starz. And IMDb is not considered a reliable source by Wikipedia. DonQuixote (talk) 02:57, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
Oh, and another thing. Some people might confuse production code with series/episode number, which it isn't. It's the code used during production, which could be BBB, 6U or even 50/LDX071Y/01X. See also the production codes for series 5 and 6 of revived Doctor Who which have production codes of 1.X and 2.X respectively. DonQuixote (talk) 03:07, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Series 1 and Series 2

edit

Are there no individual pages for Series 1 and Series 2? The minimal information that was already there has been removed, so now there is nothing. Wouldn't it be useful to have a page for each like there is for Series 3 and Series 4? 109.151.163.216 (talk) 15:48, 30 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

HD filming?

edit

Does anyone have information about when Torchwood became filmed in HD, if at all?

Doctor Who started HD in 2008, at the very last episodes of the Tenth Doctor, with the special The Next Doctor" (the announcement now have both been deleted from the BBC homepage and the Wayback Machine).

Thanks. 46.244.145.202 (talk) 14:01, 15 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
