Some minor changes on the chart an its explanations edit
I did a few changes to unsnarl some things a bit.
So, first of all, there isn't and wasn't any use of the '/' on the console of the games before Call of Duty ².
After those games, the engine was changed by IW.
Therefore, since then respective Call of Duty 2, a '/' is especially needed in front of any console-command.
- Next thing: The pre-commands 'set % #' and 'seta % #' are entirely optional.
- set just sets the given command semi-permanent as long/until the game will be completely restarted (quitting and fired up again).
- seta sets the given command permanent through all restarts.
The given command will be written into the mp_config.cfg and will last a restart, even if the game will be completely restarted (quitting and fired up again).
