Opening Sentence edit

I've changed it to just saying "Canadian" per MOS:NATIONALITY. Looking at his life and sources, Pangos was born and raised in Canada and has spent his entire national career representing Canada. Many people may have multiple passports because of heritage or other reasons. It does not mean that every passport they possess would be relevant to their notability per Wiki guidelines.
