Removed "Obsesity in the US

One sentence talking about a lawsuit is frivolous. Companies are sued all the time, most multinationals I'd be surprised if they *don't* have a lawsuit against them at any one time. Wikipedia is not a place to list lawsuits against companies unless they are important. IE They are won.

What about Kellogg not using mascots to advertise thier cereals anymore? Maybe the lawsuit isn't relevant, but this certainly is, and needs the note on obesity to support it.

Unsure?

A few of the years and such next to products on the product list have question marks or "possibly" in the statement. This makes the article sound unsure of itself. Unless these facts (C3POs cereal being "1984?" and Pokemon Cereal being "possiby in Australia, the UK and US) can be backed up, they should be removed. Glassbreaker5791 16:44, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Nutrition facts

I remember when I was a child (in the UK), at least I think I do, Kellog's boxes were one of the few to have nutrition information on them-- so this would be 30 years ago, they must have been one of the first. I remember it said "Enriched with Vitamin B12 and Iron", and there was a little scroll that said "The original and best" that, if I recall correctly, varied in colour between the different products (it was about the only way to tell them apart when they were all sideways on the shelf). Is this worth mentioning-- not the stuff about the scroll that's just to back up my claim that I am not making it up, I do remember it distinctly.

My family didn't speak much at breakfast.

I still miss Puffa Puffa Rice, and here it is nearly 40 years later.

Is there a source for this product anymore? Where can I download advertisements for Puffa Puffa Rice, and those World War II cannons the rice was blasted from? Dexter Nextnumber (talk) 04:11, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

Problems in 1999

In 1999 Kellogg was bypassed by General Mills, due to the low number of successful new product introductions, high prices, and slashed advertising budget. The new CEO Carlos Gutierrez, who took over in 1999, planned to respond to the competition by rethinking their current corporate strategy.
