Infobox

I just added an infobox - needs more data, I just took what was already in the article. I tried adding a map as well, but the Chile map is so huge it makes the infobox twice as large as the whole article. Is there maybe a map of just northern Chile or something? I've done all I know how to do. Lurlock (talk) 19:43, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Lack of Rainfall

There's an article on Huffington Post about how much trouble the town has when it rains even a little bit. I don't know anything about it at all, but it seems like this would be worth mentioning, if some sources can be found. GumbyProf: "I'm about ideas, but I'm not always about good ideas." Pictures

That beach doen't represent the beautiful beach of Iquique, and 2 pictures of Teatro Municipal seems redundant. ooscarr (talk) 01:48, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

Pronunciation

"ee-KEE-kay" is how English-speaking people mispronounce the Spanish name. The Spanish pronunciation is more correctly represented by "ee-kee-keh". English speakers seem to have problems with short vowels at the end of words but Spanish has no long vowels like English. 80.31.134.251 (talk) 02:40, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
