I suggest the first sentence of the article should read:
Ichthyophis glutinosus (sometimes mistakenly spelled Ichthyophis gluinosus) is a species of caecilian in the family Ichthyophiidae.
As it is, there is no link to caecilian, which plainly this casual visitor wanted to know.
