Been a while since I've done one of these, and the subject is out of my bailiwick, but here goes:Reply
Article is new enough; created on September 11. Article is long enough; prose is approaching 1,900 characters. Article is within policy; reads neutrally, in-line sourcing is provided, and I didn't see any issues with close paraphrasing, although again, the subject matter makes that a little more difficult for me to detect. Hook is short enough, with around 100 characters, even with the parenthetical. Hook is interesting, involving a timely topic. Hook is cited to a reliable source. Hook is interesting, involving a timely topic. QPQ is not required (nominator has fewer than five nominations) but done anyway.
