- H43 in lede should be April?
- Later life - was the heart attack on 8th then died 10th or typo?
- Thrasher was attacked by a Fleet Air Arm Fairey Swordfish of No. 815 Squadron - add inadvertently?
- Palestro - wlink to Palestro-class destroyer?
- he met Third Officer Helen Maureen Bradish-Ellames v He married Maureen Bradish-Ellames - was she known by her middle name ie Maureen not Helen or typo?
- 40,000 gross register tons v 40,000-gross-register-ton
- Cat People educated at Cargilfield School
- Image, damage to the casing - captioned Rorqual v version at HMS Thrasher (N37) calling it Thrasher
