Applicable policies

edit

Hi. While it is better to be discussing things than endlessly reverting the article, I would like to mention a couple of policies on Wikipedia that I suspect have yet to be closely examined.

  1. Civility
  2. Verifiability
  3. No original research
  4. Cite your sources

Please use wikipedia talk space to have polite discussions about improving articles. When editing, please make sure that everything entered into them is backed up with a source, in whichever citation style you prefer. Thanks. Jkelly 20:38, 16 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Major edit

edit

I just performed a major edit. The biographical material about Goldman belongs in his article. I have bolded it as an explicit cross-reference. Please help by providing sources for the unreferenced claims in this article. Jkelly 23:10, 24 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

edit

Please note that Wikipedia is not a repository of links. When a website has content that we use to reference our articles, the website is placed in references. See Wikipedia:When to link externally. I am removing links that are already in the reference section and any link that goes to a 404 error. Please don't place low-value links or duplicate links in the article -- it can be understood as spam. Jkelly 23:16, 29 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Goldman Band. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
