More to the point in 1877 when he was born Spain in Spain, the Philippines were under Spanish control. She he was not somehow a Filipino expatriate in Spain, who had Spanish ancestry. The fact he had ancestors who had at some point in the past emigrated to the Philippines does not mean he cannot do so also.John Pack Lambert (talk) 13:17, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
Zobel was born in 1877 while his parents were briefly living in Spain. His parents married in 1875 and went on an extended honeymoon. While in Europe, the eldest son Fernando Antonio was born in 1876 and Enrique was born in 1877. The family returned to the Philippines in 1880. iamdumdum (talk) 13:54, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
