Waterberg?
editWasn't Waterberg in German South West Africa?
- OK there are two Waterbergs. But I hope you like the stamp anyway. Leutha (talk) 09:22, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, thanks. I haven't been able to clarify Tamsen's loyalties. He was friendly with Paul Kruger and other Boers but seems to have been a soldier for the British at one point and to have been a member of the Royal Philatelic Society in London whose principal members included George V and Edward VII. Interesting article
edit....but what an odd and unenlightening choice of a DYK, given that this man bought the contents of the dead letter office!

- We may have overlooked the potential fascination of the dead letter office. If you expand the article five times you can do a new DYK... Philafrenzy (talk) 00:55, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
