@Archives908: Hi. The subjects of the sentence in question are the Abkhazian, Ossetian and Nagorno-Karabakh conflicts, not their respective entities; so, linking to the conflict articles would be more appropriate. Thus, I suggest the following change:

Considering that the South Caucasus region is threatened with the [[Abkhazia]], [[South Ossetia]] and [[Republic of Artsakh|Nagorno-Karabakh]] conflicts, the EU policy towards the region focuses primarily on finding lasting solutions to these conflicts and ensuring peace and stability in the region.
