Appears to be speculatory original research and should be removed, unless sourced. Phrases like "it is possible" and "most likely" mean the city origins are as yet not stated in the series. When/if the origins are mentioned, then they can be listed and sourced as coming from the episode(s). — Wyliepedia03:16, 23 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
