Stopping the bots archiving edit

Hi. Thanks for your intuitive solution regarding bots being over-zealous with open-issue sections. However, should the part that says [[User:DoNotArchiveUntil]] 00:00, 1 January 2024 (UTC) not actually read [[User:DoNotArchiveUntil]] 00:00, 1 January 2025 (UTC), as 1 January 2024 has already passed?
