Otipro Games/Corp?

I found something not right in this following wiki page, it says in quotations: Otipro Games, a newly founded game developer, reported interest in buying the IP of Hydrophobia, with interest in a sequel and Wiiu port of the original game. When I researched about the name of the so-called "Company", I found out that its not a real company, nor that there is a trademark or Reserved Copyright page in US TM/R websites. I don't want to mention the name of whoever is doing this fake company, but it seems that he was involved in being a troll in some forums he registered in and was banned from most of them.
