User Reception - Bugs edit

I think this article should mention the state in which the game shipped. There was a lot of bugs, initially. Actually, there still are a lot as of right now, especially on platforms and storefronts other than Valve's Steam.

Steam Reviews peaked at 89% positivity during the first weekend, and dropped to 88% because of negative reviews mostly about the bugs. Some users also criticize the game, using other games in the "roguelite" genre for comparison. -Philippemorin123 (talk) 11:45, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Porting partner: DO Games edit

DO Games is responsible for the console ports, according to this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=knBQqt4RKUI&t=159s. (Answer is a very few seconds after 2:00.) -Philippemorin123 (talk) 11:50, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

JoJo Zhou edit

OK, people, please, I think you should stop reverting JoJo Zhou's mention. This person is obviously real. https://blog.playstation.com/2022/07/07/managing-a-cult-can-be-a-messy-business-in-cult-of-the-lamb-out-august-11/ -Philippemorin123 (talk) 14:41, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Sales numbers edit

Should we trust the current source with the sales numbers? It's the publisher... Philippemorin123 (talk) 23:26, 22 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Yes. It is Devolver, they are too large to be engaging in falsification. Masem (t) 23:37, 22 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Who else would we get reliable sales info from anyway? IceWelder [] 08:29, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yeah... This is one of the reason why I created this thread. 😅.
Uh... Shouldn't we change the phrasing of the sentence though? "Cult of the Lamb sold one million units within its first week of release." Wouldn't something like "Devolver Digital reported that Cult of the Lamb sold one million units within its first week of release." be better? This is an honest question. I don't want to start a fight because I think that #Sales serves a purpose and shouldn't be deleted.
English is not my native language, so I prefer to discuss about all of this. That is all. :) Philippemorin123 (talk) 16:28, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
