Okay, but what is the significance of the CMC? What happens when the CMC is reached?

Well, I'm a chemistry student and I don't get how the formula (which could be written in the formula-maker) describes the cmc. What is C (yeah, I know its equal to CMC), but is it the same as Ct? And how do the formula originate and how do you use it? Is the "["'s the actual concentration of the momomer/micelles? 77.212.171.42 (talk) 09:16, 11 October 2010 (UTC)
