Border Smuggling Dispute

It is misleading to call the current events at the Port of Entry on Cornwall Island a "Border Smuggling Dispute." The article here fails to mention smuggling at all. I propose changing it to read "Border Dispute" or something NPOV. Rain Mateo (talk) 22:41, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

I disagree with this; there is so much that goes on at the border that goes unreported, though there's quite a bit that is reported. I'll try to expand it within the next few days and see if I can make the article larger than it is.--Richard (Talk - Contribs) 01:16, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Proposed Revert

I suggest this article be reverted to the latest edit by Richard1990. The current version cannot be claimed to have a NPOV by any stretch of the imagination, and documentation is slight at best. At the very least it needs a thorough grammar and spell check.One Wheel (talk) 02:24, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

My curiosity piqued by a mention in the Economist (Nov 8-14, 2014), I turned to Wikipedia to find out where this "Cornwallis Island" was. No doubt, the article is all about the border customs dispute, and says much too little about the island itself. I will leave that for others, but thought it worthwhile to add a quote from that Economist story, which is pertinent to the Mohawk protests against Canadian border guards carrying firearms.
