His name is listed as Copernicus L. Qwark on this poster promoting Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction: http://www.us.playstation.com/ratchetandclank/assets/images/extras/poster/RCF_MoviePoster.pdf - would someone add this with the reference as I'm unsure how to do so.
