Nigeria anthem

edit

Just added the Nigeria anthem mix-up. Can I keep it there, (not logined in yet). Also, does anyone know the anthem that was played instead of Nigeria's as well as references. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.199.240.232 (talk) 01:07, 5 August 2016 (UTC) Logged in now.DJBay123 (talk) 01:08, 5 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Prior, during header?

edit

Is it ok to put the: Prior to game, during game heading now, or is it better to wait till after the games have ending? DJBay123 (talk) 11:25, 7 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

The green pool

edit

Worth including since it has became a topic of concern and there's shortage of sources including [1][2][3]. Donnie Park (talk) 11:13, 11 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Just added it. -Thunderforge (talk) 18:29, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

That is at Olympic Games scandals and controversies at the moment. --Super Goku V (talk) 22:18, 16 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, however there is no link to that on the main 2016 Olympics page (on the side where the Medals and Concerns and all those are). Also, this needs to be added: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingrid_de_Oliveira — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.63.29.251 (talk) 02:59, 17 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Checking the London games, that is normal as it covers all of the games in general. I will see if both articles can mirror each other in the next few days. --Super Goku V (talk) 22:31, 17 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Audience behaviour

edit

Would it be worth adding a section on the behaviour of the (mainly Brazilian) spectators? I'm especially referring to the aggressive boo-ing of non-Brazilian competitors. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.89.131.57 (talk) 07:53, 18 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Lochte robbery a hoax

edit

Multiple sources are now reporting that there is actually footage of Lochte and his friends damaging a restroom and refusing to pay for the damages. A security guard brandishing a weapon demanded payment for the damages, which was given. The entry related to the 'robbery' should probably be updated to reflect as much. 153.48.247.250 (talk) 16:22, 18 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

No mention of poor air quality?

edit

Besides the poor water quality, Rio also struggles with poor air quality. This should be mentioned in this article.
