Charles Wegelius → Charly Wegelius – This is the name most frequently used in the cycling press, and the name he uses himself, as evidenced in his autobiography 'Domestique'. It was also the original title of the article, before it was moved unilaterally by a now inactive editor on the grounds of a false assertion that it is more commonly used by reliable sources, and because they "just generally think it's a better article title anyway": not the naming principles applicable here.
