Factual updates and additions from NRC Research Press
editI would like to request some updates and additions to this journal page. The information is taken from the NRC Research Press website[1], but is factual in nature.
- Can. J. Chem. was established in 1929, as part of the Canadian Journal of Research. It became a separate journal in 1951.
- It is a multidisciplinary chemistry journal, and covers all fields, both old and new.[2]
- The senior editor of the journal is Robert H. Lipson (University of Victoria, Canada).
- The 2011 impact factor for 2011 is 1.242.[3]
- This journal is indexed in: Chimica, Index Chemicus, Reaction Citation Index, and Scopus along with the databases already present.
- The most recent cover image can be found here.
- Abstracts appear in both English and French.
- The journal is published monthly.
Thanks for considering my changes. Eshearly (talk) 17:29, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
