Partial titles edit

There's been frequent additions of Let's Go Brandon, which are subsequently reverted. Per the guideline WP:PARTIAL, the entry does not seem appropriate: A link to an article title that merely contains part of the disambiguation page title, or a link that includes the page title in a longer proper name, where there is no significant risk of confusion between them, is considered a partial title match, and should not be included.Bagumba (talk) 01:16, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

As long as there are people wondering "Who is this Brandon?" I feel there should be something there for them. Fortunately, there is an article Let's Go Brandon. There was a dispute about whether it would even get to stay. If there wasn't, then what?— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 16:27, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
This DAB is for navigating to articles about people, places and things named Brandon. The article Let's Go Brandon is not about something named Brandon, and, as the article name is only a partial match, does not belong in this DAB. - Donald Albury 17:07, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Again, I thought there was an actual person named Brandon. Anyone who believes that would expect that Brandon to be here.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 20:03, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Per WP:PARTIAL, the see also link to "All pages with titles containing Brandon" is available to readers.—Bagumba (talk) 20:23, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
I noticed that. Just know that even something simple like that makes things very difficult for me.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 22:35, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
