edit- The first claim appears to be a news story about an acquisition made by the subject's parent company, and the parent's intent to have this acquisition managed as a subsidiary of the subject company. The second claim appears to be an announcement by the subject company regarding a future, hoped-for increase to its own production capacity.
- The text of these claims is insufficiently paraphrased from the source material.
