  • (lead) "ChefStable"— I wasn't sure what ChefStable was until I looked it up, so you may want to mention somewhere that it is a restaurant group.

  • (description) "American foods including a cheeseburger with Bordelaise sauce."— Bordelaise sauce is not American, and this sentence is a bit confusing; it reads as though the sauce is. The source specifically states that the cheeseburger with Bordelaise sauce is a crossover. Is there some way to reword this so it's clear that the sauce is not American?
  • (shortdesc) In the short description, "U.S." is used. I would recommend changing it per MOS:US and WP:SDFORMAT. The MoS guideline states that you don't have to change U.S. to US if the usage of U.S. is already established in the article, which it isn't. In addition, WP:SDFORMAT states that it's best to keep short descriptions as short as needed, so why not save two characters for a preferred abbreviation? The short description is already at 51 characters— try to minimize character count.
  • (history) "During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Dentons decided to close the restaurant"— While it's okay to put this in the lead because you don't want to get into too much detail, in the history section you may want to specify that it was closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, but specifically March 2020, as the source says.
