Sources cited in the article claim Arisaema stewardsonii is found in numerous midwestern states (including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota) but at least two of the sources rely on a single, limited data set. Observations of Arisaema stewardsonii on the iNaturalist platform suggest a smaller range clustered around the northeastern United States. In any case, more data is needed to better understand the distribution of Arisaema stewardsonii.
