Hi, I wanted to hear a more complete explanation for why the apostille link and information was deleted.
The link was http://www.nuwireinvestor.com/article.aspx?id=10 and I added a small quote from that article:
"Investors can often avoid the process of getting an apostille by completing power of attorney paperwork while in the country in which the deal will take place. Even in that case, however, it might be necessary to obtain an apostille in the future. I read the information about adding external links, and believed that I was expanding an article stub. The article was free of charge, with no ads on it, and particularly, and didn't violate any of the terms of Wikipedia, and in fact *expanded* the article because it was a stub, which is what your site was seeking, correct?
