I think the AAU profiles for these hops varieties are wrong.
I've got Northern Brewer and Willamette in front of me and they are quite different
I'm going to change them to the more reasonable numbers that I gleaned from BrewDudes.com and match with my own numbers (from F.H Steinbart's in Portland)

This page could reference Alpha hydroxy acid since the alpha acids discussed here appear to fit the description of a carboxylic acid substituted with a hydroxyl group on the adjacent carbon. there is also an existing article on Beta hydroxy acid that seems relevant. --Zqrrld (talk) 19:59, 22 April 2012 (UTC)
