Ed Hugus edit

It should be added somewhere that Ed Hugus victory is non official and that ACO never recongnize it. Woodcote (talk) 14:28, 28 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

In the article it states that Ed Hugus took over for Rindt when he couldn't be found for his turn at the wheel. But then later it says that; "Gregory would be not allowed to drive again the car once Hugus replaced him (while he actually did) and the car should be disqualified." Neither, it was a tale spun by Hugus long after the event. Comprehensively dismantled by historian Doug Nye some years ago. See Motor Sport October 2020. In Vitrio (talk) 23:14, 11 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
