It is confusing we see two help links pointing to different pages next to each other. Replace the link to the MediaWiki help with the local one, which I believe can be done by removing the first line of MediaWiki:Pageinfo-header
<div style="float:right;">[[Help:Page information|Help]]</div>
and creating MediaWiki:Pageinfo-helppage with the content
