Jal Utsav is an annual cultural festival held in Dudhala village, Amreli district, Gujarat, India. It is India's first carbon-neutral festival and focuses on celebrating water, life, and sustainability.[1] The event is organized by the Dholakia Foundation in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat.[2][3][4]
