Individual vs. group listing

The suggestion was to change the title to a single individual. But, the couple (William and Sarah Storum) are significant together rather than as individuals. I have recently thought that they might then be treated like the Rosenbergs (Julius and Ethel Rosenberg) and change from The Storum Family to William and Sarah Storum.
