Victoriano v. Elizalde Rope Workers' Union is a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of the Philippines concerning Benjamin Victoriano a member of a sect called Iglesia Ni Cristo an emloyee of Elizalde Rope Factory, Inc. (preffered to call as 'company') since 1958, Victoriano submitted a resignation letter since he was member of a sect that prohibits the affliation of it's members with any labor organization, which also raise the question of constitutionality of Republic No. 3350 and regarding to bill of rights.
