Severnaya Korona (Северная корона) was a television channel broadcasting in Russia on the sixth frequency channel.

- On January 1, 1993, the channel was founded by the International Television Business University, founded in turn by the International Foundation for the Survival and Development of Mankind, as a Closed Joint Stock Company "Severnaya Korona TV Company". Together with the Moscow Independent Broadcasting Corporation, the International Television Business University won the competition for the 6th frequency channel.
- On July 17, 1994, the TV company was closed, its airtime was transferred to the TV-6 Moscow channel. And at the beginning of 1995, at some time on the air of the TV-6 Moscow channel, programs of the International Television Business University were broadcast.
Programme edit
Severnaya Korona appealed to people interested in economic problems. Despite the lack of funding, the broadcast included feature films, documentaries, scientific and educational films and entertainment programs. The purpose of the channel was to broaden the horizons of the audience and increase the level of its culture.
