Drunktank is a Skatepunk/Heavy Metal band from the Netherlands, founded in The Hague in 2003.[1] Since the bands founding, Drunktank has released four EP’s and two full-length albums "The Infamous Four" (2010) and “Return of The Infamous Four” (2019).[2][3]

Musical style and lyrics

edit

Drunktank mixes 90's skatepunk (in the tradition of Epitaph, Fat Wreck Chords and Burning Heart bands such as Pennywise, Satanic Surfers, No Fun At All and Venerea) with riffs and guitar harmonics from 80's metal (citing Iron Maiden, Metallica and 3 Inches of Blood as their main metal influences).

Drunktanks songs and lyrics are based on personal experiences, geopolitical topics and social topics.[4]
