The knockout stage of the 2024 OFC Men's Nations Cup will begin on 26 June 2024 with the semi-finals and end on 30 June 2024 with the final at VFF Freshwater Stadium in Port Vila, Vanuatu.[1]
Format
editIn the knockout stage, if a match is level at the end of normal playing time, extra time is played (two periods of 15 minutes each). If still tied after extra time, the match is decided by a penalty shoot-out.[2]

editThe top two placed teams from each of the two groups will qualify for the knockout stage.[2]
